Privacy policy

make100k is built around public salary disclosure records. This policy separates those public records from the personal information you may choose to send us.

Public disclosure records

Ontario publishes name, employer, position, salary, and taxable benefits for public-sector employees paid at least $100,000 in a calendar year. make100k republishes and analyzes that public source, then adds derived fields such as ranks, percentiles, trajectories, and employer rollups.

Information you send us

If you email corrections or other site feedback, we use your message to respond, resolve the issue, and keep an operational record of the request.

Analytics and local storage

Interactive features may use local browser storage for watchlists, recent searches, comparison pins, or game state. Those client-side features are designed to improve the product experience, not to alter the official source records.

Corrections and removal limits

make100k can correct its own pages, resolution logic, aliases, derived metrics, and unsupported enrichments. It cannot remove or rewrite Ontario’s official source disclosure. Safety and context concerns should be reported through the correction workflow.
