Publishing gate
What turns this into a real job board
Job pages should launch by track only when salary history, market wage, employer density, posting freshness, and duplicate handling are all automated.
That keeps the wedge useful: people see whether a career is economically credible before they get pushed into listings.

Source discipline
Why this is not a scraped job board
The current layer uses disclosed salary histories and Job Bank wage data to show career economics. Live posting pages should ship only after source freshness, expiry handling, employer matching, and duplicate controls are automated.
Job Bank market wages and Sunshine List cohort medians are intentionally separate populations. The comparison is useful because the difference is visible, not because it pretends to be the same dataset.
Source and caveats
Career data without career promises

Salary disclosure is not base salary. Changes can reflect overtime, retroactive pay, collective agreements, role changes, taxable treatment, severance, or extra pay periods.
