Program ROI starts with a salary destination
This is the anti-brochure version of school search: pathways are compared against real salary tracks, official outcome sources, credential gates, and visible evidence gaps before any school-level ranking ships.
Priority pathways
6
Chosen because a salary destination exists.
Matched salary tracks
5/6
Connected to public salary paths.
People represented
53,584

Start with nursing programs because the salary destination is clearest
Credential
BScN, practical nursing bridge, or other nursing credential with registration pathway
Salary destination

22,130 disclosed people in this track.
School ranking status
Rank only after program names and credentials are matched to official college/university program rows and graduate outcome tables.
Why this is useful
Rankings must earn trust first
Registered nurses already appear at scale in the salary graph, and the role has a direct public-sector employer map across hospitals, school boards, municipalities, and agencies.
Helps students compare nursing routes against real salary destinations and nearby public employers.

Evidence rules
What program pages must prove
A pathway must connect to a real public-sector title track already visible in the salary graph.
A school or program recommendation must be backed by an official outcomes source or be clearly marked as not yet ranked.
Program pages should compare salary destination, employment outcome, credential time, licensing bottleneck, and local employer demand.
No school-level claim should publish until the supporting source can be checked by a reader.
Source and caveats
Program ROI must stay source-gated
Source: Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure for salary destinations, plus official college, university, and career-college outcome datasets before school-level rankings publish.
A high-paying destination does not make every program a good investment. Credential time, licensing bottlenecks, placement quality, local employer demand, and completion outcomes matter.
Unsupported school claims stay gated until a reader can verify the source. Report an issue · Source map
